• Our Order Reference Number/ Valve Serial Number, which are invariably marked on the Valve Identification Plate and also optionally punched on the Valve Body/End Flange.
• Valve specifications including size, rating class, material.
• Description or details of the problem, supported with evidences (example – by way of some photographs if there is any visible evidence, or reports/logs).
• Your name, designation, company name and contacts.

In the unlikely event that the estimated cost of repair exceeds 50% of the replacement cost, Ocean Valves will provide a repair versus replacement cost comparison so the customer can make an informed decision whether or not to replace a particular valve. Since Ocean Valves is a manufacturer of API 6A, API 6D and API 6DSS valves, we can provide replacements for valves that fail or are uneconomical to repair, thereby minimizing lost production and downtime.
